Social Network Marketing 101 Is One Thing; Social Network Marketing 1 On 1 Begins With Teamwork.

We need to make some money here. We talk about teamwork, working together, follow-me matrix systems, up-lines helping down-lines, and yet we start out alone. Once we get our start, then we get the help, but I was thinking, why don’t we get the help to start? Why do we have to start alone, and then get the help once we cross the starting line?

The ongoing problem with all these money making programs is the promise of making money. It can be guessed, or forecasted, the ol’ “you just get two” and then they will and so on and so on, never seems to pan out in real life as it does on paper. The reason for this is, there is no time limit or incentive to make it happen as quickly as possible. So if a program came along, that has a deadline as to how long one has to bring people in; that would put a totally different spin on it. Check it out:

Let’s take a look at the benefit of deadlines. Deadlines are set so as to get a job or task done within a certain time period, and thus will open up a whole new world to the network marketing industry.

The first thing it would create would be a worst case scenario. So let us dwell on the negatives here for a second, but then again, everything is relative now isn’t it? Let’s say we have a program, we’ll use a 5×5 matrix. We make it very inexpensive, only $10. For every person that comes in, you make a buck. That’s it, just a buck! That doesn’t sound very appealing does it? At least not to me it doesn’t. So let’s throw in a deadline, a rule if we may; everybody has 20 days to get their 5 people from the moment they start. Taking it one step further, one step at a time here; we incorporate another program, mind you we are doing this simultaneously. Strategy is one of the easiest and most forgotten elements of one’s business plan.  It is for this reason most people fail with MLM companies. Why is the MLM failure rate so high? Because so many people join them! The reason for joining them is that they have by far the best compensation plans on the planet. There is no system anywhere that creates such duplication and power in numbers that create the kind of returns these companies can and do provide.

People don’t join these companies because of the product or products they promote, actually they join them for the compensation plan. It’s funny to me that people all of the sudden jump into the mindset that this wonder energy drink, or vitamin, or travel package is now the best thing since the  cordless drill, and everybody is going to see that too and jump on the wagon. The truth is, they are thinking about getting paid.

The last thing I need (and this is just me) is an auto-shipped product, which has no other function than creating commissions. It seems to be looked at this way; sure it’s over priced and no better than eating fresh foods, but it’s about everybody overpaying so we can get paid too.  But that’s just me.

Strategy means, we don’t care about the product, we care about the integrity of the companies and their compensation plans. Now if you add having to purchase a product the formula, that’s an extra step. Ever wonder why the MLM travel companies seem to dominate the MLM market? No auto ship! Use it if you want to. If you don’t want the $5000 bonus travel package, take the $3500 cash bonus instead. Let’s see, travel for free or take the cash? I’ll have to get back you on that one.

So here’s the hardest thing to do in my opinion, and that would be to promote any MLM company individually. You know the old story, just get 2 people, and they will get 2 and so on and so on blah blah blah. There is no harder thing one can attempt to do in my opinion. What makes it worse is, seeing people that are cycling which means moving right on up through the boards and getting paid. The fact is, for the most part, these are experienced marketers with lists of prospects. Because they have made money using techniques that the average person doesn’t know anything about. So what happens is, others join too, thinking they’ll have the same results. Most people, oh about 97% or so, don’t get these kinds of results. So what you need is another plan. The best way to approach this stuff is to leave out all the company hype and propaganda, and just use the compensation plans for what they are, money makers!

Here’s where strategy comes in, and why it is the totally necessary and the determining factor between win or lose. MLM’s by design separate you from your up lines, and your down lines, they just do.           So that being said, is the reason for the so many boards becoming stalled and lack of team support. There is nothing worse than being on a board with people taking up spots and doing nothing, because you’re never going to get off of it. You’re dead in the water. By incorporating an expert MLM strategist into the picture, we have virtually removed this from the equation.

The question is; who’s doing this? Controlling the boards and strategically placing people so they don’t become stranded. The answer is not many, actually very very few. So as industry experts, we had to find solutions to create swift results.  We created a program where we do exactly that. So when it comes to bringing in new business partners, or to use the common term “recruiting new people”, we just show the system and how our program makes money. What the MLM companies are pushing, or what their “products” are is immaterial.

What’s important is to understand the power of leverage through team work. Once you see how and why we operate the way we do, keeping the team together, you’ll never go back. To do so would be against yours and our better judgment. We know better, and once you understand how our system works, you will never look at another MLM company the same way, any MLM!

MLM companies are awesome for what they offer, a way to make really good money in a very short period of time. Just seeing how they can work for you, as opposed to you just feeding them a signup fee and dying a slow death, is something to get excited about.

I had a message in my Facebook inbox, and it said; you seem to be into marketing, what do you sell?

I must be doing something right. Here I have someone interested in what I’m doing, but has no idea as to what I am doing. The fact is, I’m not selling anything. I’m into making money and helping others do the same. The last thing you’ll see me doing is trying to sell a product. You won’t see me throwing links in people’s chat boxes or on their walls. My welcome message is not a sales pitch. I don’t need that. I don’t need to even name a company. I don’t care what the names of the companies are that I use, or what they sell, all I care about is, can this company make me money and you as well?

Let’s do a case study: This is real, it’s live, I am not making this up;

A really good friend of mine and an excellent marketer has been talking about this program for weeks. He didn’t have a name for the program, but has been in constant contact with the guy that’s been putting it together. I checked the guy out, you can Google him, he’s super “big time”, and has come up with a brilliant plan.  It hasn’t launched yet either, that won’t happen until June 16^th.

But the point is this; this really caught my attention, based only upon the pay plan.

Everybody that joins has 20 days to get 5 people. If you don’t get 5 people in 20 days, you’re off the board. You can rejoin, but you will be in a very different position, but not that it really matters, but you will lose the few people you brought in.

I hear this is a 5×5 matrix, it pays $3900, and,

you can build as wide as you want.

$100 bonus for each 5 you bring in within a week’s time.

The creator of this says by August or the end of August, you should be making $22,000+ per month, and residualy at that.  I’m sure there are more details, but right now, who cares?

Oh yeah, it does cost I think right at 25 bucks.

Now my experience as a marketing strategist says this, this looks good, actually very good. It has all the good stuff, not expensive, has bonuses, (you know I’ll have my $100, or $200 bonus on Wednesday) it’s designed to move very fast, only 20 days to get 5 people, lots of guaranteed spillover, not that you’ll need it, and I’m sure other stuff.

Does it matter what company it is? No.  Does it matter if they are selling something? No.

All that matters is the comp plan, does the compensation plan pay out? Is the compensation working already with great results? Actually in this case it is, what’s different here with this program is the 20 day time limit, and some other stuff. This would be a very viable opportunity, actually one to jump on, for several good reasons. It’s new, the 20 day thing is going to make it fly, the investment is really cheap, (around $25) the pay out and bonuses are great, and the residual potential is huge.

So what do you do when you’re holding $3900 cash? (probably more because of the bonuses) What do you do? What is your strategy?

Well I just heard that guy will raise the price and run everybody through it again, and why not?

Here we are using profits to create more profits. That’s the way it’s done!

If you’re smart, you look for programs that have the best compensation plans, and get an A+ for paying on time. Do you care what they are selling? No. Are you looking for a new product to promote? Heck no! Do you need an energy drink, or an antioxidant? I don’t! What I do need is a great comp plan, actually I need several great comp plans to leverage my efforts. Let’s rephrase that, I need multiple great comp plans to leverage my efforts, and a team that works together doing this, and expert marketing strategists to watch over and control the works.

So what I (and you) need is, a way to create multiple streams of income, by creating investment portfolios using the best compensation plans out there, and experts to make sure the system is leveraged to where our profits are creating more profits.

Strategy is of the essence

A calming has settled in upon my heart and the sense of relief is almost overwhelming. For years, I like many have struggled with the many different ways out there to make money online and like 97% of all the people out there, failure has been the norm. But things are different now. I’m making money, it’s never been easier, and I have a new family, and I have a system that has opened the lock on the door to my financial freedom. The reason people fail is, they don’t have a system. 97% of the people out there don’t have a system!

With all the programs out there, the mentoring, the personal development, the products, the training, support, it boggles the mind as to what to pick and/or what to join. I like so many out there, are truly blessed to have come across the IMG system. Never have I seen such dedication from any group of team leaders, and the reason is so simple and just pure common sense.

The #1 problem I see over and over again is that people still think that they can promote only their primary business and expect to be a successful Internet marketer. Well the answer is that’s just not the way it’s done. A lot of people do that, but it’s not the way it’s done if you know what I mean?

You have to present a system, a funnel that over delivers so as to capture and hold the interest of your prospects. Your system has to create enough curiosity so as to draw them deeper and deeper into the funnel. Curiosity may kill cats, but it makes Internet marketers rich. You want these potential customers to get past the point of no return, and make it the best thing that ever happened to them.

When I say you must over deliver, you must meet the different criterion of the different types of prospects that may come knocking on this door of opportunity of yours. There will always be the complete newbies out there. The curious that have that desire to make money online for whatever reason, but have little or no experience but really don’t know what to do. There will be those that have given the home business opportunity a shot, but like 97% of them out there have failed. MLM is the most popular of all the work at home opportunities, but the most difficult by far. Why are MLM’s so popular? The compensation plans are second to none. They beat all hands down, so people are eager to get onboard, but they have no experience. The people making the big bucks are experienced; they already know what I’m going to teach you. You may not have yet, but you’ll notice that the “big time” marketers all seem to congregate or run in similar circles. Now why is that? Experience also likes to work with experience. Everybody likes to be on a winning team. So even those that are very successful marketers already, you will find that they join other groups because it’s more exposure. Hang with the leaders of the pack and you’re going to get noticed; there is no other way around it. Think of it this way, have you ever noticed that parts of a city, or a small, or neighborhood has all of the same types of businesses grouped together? The garment district, or electronics, maybe building supplies or computers, or even Internet cafes etc. are all found in “clumps” it’s all about exposure.

So with all of these people you have to offer them something you know they need, whether it be some free software, an e-book, or just great advice. Value is of the essence here, and make sure you have plenty of value especially for those more experienced marketers, which would be great if you could get them on your team. So those are the 4 basic prospects, the curious, the newbies, the struggling and the more experienced.  Be prepared and ready to serve them all!
