Strategy is one of the easiest and most forgotten elements of one’s business plan. It is for this reason most people fail with MLM companies. Why is the MLM failure rate so high? Because so many people join them! The reason for joining them is that they have by far the best compensation plans on the planet. There is no system anywhere that creates such duplication and power in numbers that create the kind of returns these companies can and do provide.
People don’t join these companies because of the product or products they promote, actually they join them for the compensation plan. It’s funny to me that people all of the sudden jump into the mindset that this wonder energy drink, or vitamin, or travel package is now the best thing since the cordless drill, and everybody is going to see that too and jump on the wagon. The truth is, they are thinking about getting paid.
The last thing I need (and this is just me) is an auto-shipped product, which has no other function than creating commissions. It seems to be looked at this way; sure it’s over priced and no better than eating fresh foods, but it’s about everybody overpaying so we can get paid too. But that’s just me.
Strategy means, we don’t care about the product, we care about the integrity of the companies and their compensation plans. Now if you add having to purchase a product the formula, that’s an extra step. Ever wonder why the MLM travel companies seem to dominate the MLM market? No auto ship! Use it if you want to. If you don’t want the $5000 bonus travel package, take the $3500 cash bonus instead. Let’s see, travel for free or take the cash? I’ll have to get back you on that one.
So here’s the hardest thing to do in my opinion, and that would be to promote any MLM company individually. You know the old story, just get 2 people, and they will get 2 and so on and so on blah blah blah. There is no harder thing one can attempt to do in my opinion. What makes it worse is, seeing people that are cycling which means moving right on up through the boards and getting paid. The fact is, for the most part, these are experienced marketers with lists of prospects. Because they have made money using techniques that the average person doesn’t know anything about. So what happens is, others join too, thinking they’ll have the same results. Most people, oh about 97% or so, don’t get these kinds of results. So what you need is another plan. The best way to approach this stuff is to leave out all the company hype and propaganda, and just use the compensation plans for what they are, money makers!
Here’s where strategy comes in, and why it is the totally necessary and the determining factor between win or lose. MLM’s by design separate you from your up lines, and your down lines, they just do. So that being said, is the reason for the so many boards becoming stalled and lack of team support. There is nothing worse than being on a board with people taking up spots and doing nothing, because you’re never going to get off of it. You’re dead in the water. By incorporating an expert MLM strategist into the picture, we have virtually removed this from the equation.
The question is; who’s doing this? Controlling the boards and strategically placing people so they don’t become stranded. The answer is not many, actually very very few. So as industry experts, we had to find solutions to create swift results. We created a program where we do exactly that. So when it comes to bringing in new business partners, or to use the common term “recruiting new people”, we just show the system and how our program makes money. What the MLM companies are pushing, or what their “products” are is immaterial.
What’s important is to understand the power of leverage through team work. Once you see how and why we operate the way we do, keeping the team together, you’ll never go back. To do so would be against yours and our better judgment. We know better, and once you understand how our system works, you will never look at another MLM company the same way, any MLM!
MLM companies are awesome for what they offer, a way to make really good money in a very short period of time. Just seeing how they can work for you, as opposed to you just feeding them a signup fee and dying a slow death, is something to get excited about.
