The old school way of thinking, go to school, get a degree means you get a job. Well today’s education system is all about feeding the head. A bachelors degree doesn’t get the jobs anymore, one has to have a masters, or a PHD.
There is no job security working for a company, for out-sourcing has become the norm. Just call Bank of America’s customer support, and you’re speaking with someone in India. Nothing wrong with India, but Bank of America is not giving those jobs to the Americans , and even if you had that job, it wouldn’t be enough to make ends meet.
